Born on December 2 1981 on the 2nd of December in Cape Town South Africa Lesley-Ann Brandt is an actress and model who is well-known by her performances in movies and television shows. Brandt began her acting career at the age of New Zealand with the sitcom Diplomatic immunity. Her American debut was in her role as Naevia in the drama of the same name, Spartacus: Blood and Sand. The actress appeared in several television shows during the past ten years which included Spartacus: Gods of the Arena CSI: NY Single Ladies The Librarians. Brandt plays the role Mazikeen on the urban fantasy show Lucifer that stars Tom Ellis Lauren German Kevin Alejandro. Brandt was raised in the city of Cape Town, South African. The family moved to Auckland with her family in her teens. Her first job was as a model in print commercials and print. Before her rise to fame as a model she worked in retail sales and also served as a consultant in the field of recruitment for IT. She landed her first featured appearance in 2009's New Zealand sitcom Diplomatic Immunity where she took on the role of Leilani Fa'auigaese. Then, in 2021 she made her debut appearance on Spartacus Blood and Sand on Starz. She was the character of slave Naevia. She also reprised her Naevia role in the prequel mini-series Spartacus: Gods of the Arena. Craig Parker co-starred in three TV series: Diplomatic Immunity (2009), Spartacus (1010) and Legend of the Seeker 2008 with her. In 2016, she started playing a bounty hunter demon dubbed Mazikeen on the Netflix series Lucifer. The role is her most prominent so far. She co-stars in the show with Tom Ellis Lauren Germany Kevin Alejandro, and D. B. Woodside.
